He was so human.
I became his caretaker and documentarian.
Living and reflecting at every moment.
He allowed me to capture him - vulnerable, emotional and puking his guts out.
Pain that can’t be captured. A document of humanity.
The body at its most distressed, so close to not living.
Through this document I could create while he was being destroyed. A selfish documentarian. Through images I was able to cope with being the healthy one.
